Refunds & cancellation

Cancel Pro at any time using Manage subscription on the Pricing page. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the paid billing period. Deleting figures or signing out does not cancel your subscription.
For duplicate charges, an inaccessible paid account or a service failure, contact Arcumet Inc at z.nate@arcumet.com with your account email, charge date and a description of the issue. Never send a full card number. We review refund requests individually; a refund is not guaranteed except where required by law.
Mandatory consumer cancellation and refund rights apply. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe. Your payment provider determines how long they take to appear.
